A challenging stay

I appreciated the fresh linens and the helpful maintenance staff when I finally found one. Their efforts reminded me of small rays of hope amidst my less than pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, the room was in disarray with unbearable conditions like a broken TV, moldy shower curtain, and even a bed bug. Management's lack of support only added to the frustration.

Consider bringing your own toiletries and bed linens to ensure comfort during your stay.

I had a blast soaking in the hot tub and checking out the cozy fire pit on the patio. Both were perfect for winding down. The hotel also offered yoga classes and movie nights, nice chill activities to enjoy. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn't really put a damper on my stay 😊

I noticed the lack of toiletries and discovered a bed bug crawled on the pillow, a clear dealbreaker for me. Leaving that room was my best choice.

the hotel is a short walk away from Central Park and the Highlands Museum and Discovery Center, making it perfect for exploring the city's sights and enjoying a nice stroll while taking in the views.

Just a good match for a quick break in Ashland with good value for cost. The maintenance team was prompt in addressing issues we had. Bring your own toiletries since they might not have what you need.
